Update on (COVID-19) situation – 2/3/2022

The lobby will reopen on Monday, February 7, 2022.

Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday – No lobby hours except by appointment. Drive thru only.
Drive -Thru:
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, we will close our branch lobby for walk-in traffic starting tomorrow (1/6) in order to maintain a safe environment for our customers and employees.  Customers may enter by appointment only and will be required to wear a mask when they do enter.  Our drive-up hours will remain unchanged.  We will monitor the situation and determine when the lobby will be open again but please expect it will be at least two weeks or as long as six weeks (or more).

As a reminder, we have online and mobile banking available to you for your convenience. You can handle almost any of your transactions, including check deposits, bill payments and even account openings, without having to come to the bank.

Due to the spiking COVID numbers in Harford County, effective Monday, November 16th we will close the lobby again indefinitely.  In-person service will be by appointment only. We will also close the drive-up at 3:00 Monday – Thursday (Friday til 5) Even though the lobby will be closed, there is nothing a customer cannot do either by mobile or online banking, using the drive-thru, opening an account or applying for a mortgage online, getting cash surcharge free at thousands of Money Pass ATMs or by making an appointment.

Update 9/29/2020

Effective Monday, October 5 Jarrettsville Federal will re-open it’s lobby.

Masks will be required to enter and social distancing is expected.

If you are not feeling well or simply more comfortable, please continue to use drive-thru and/or electronic banking.

 

Update 3/31/2020

Effective, Monday, April 6th and until further notice, the Drive-thru will be closing at 3:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 5:00 pm on Friday.  Saturday hours will remain at 9:00 – Noon.  Lobby remains closed until further notice.  Stay tuned for updates.  Be safe and well.

Jarrettsville Federal is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.  We are prepared to continue our operations as best we can during these trying times and accommodate your banking needs.  Please stay tuned for any updates or changes.

Our branch lobby is currently open for business with regular hours of 9-3 Monday – Thursday, 9-6 Friday and 9-Noon on Saturdays.  Our drive-thru is open 9-5 Monday – Thursday, 9-6 Friday and 9-Noon on Saturday.  Please consider using the drive-thru if you are not feeling well and to help us engage in the recommended social distancing.  There is also a night depository on the West side of our building.

We strongly encourage you to use our Digital Banking Platform for your banking needs.  If you aren’t currently signed up for Online Banking please see the directions below on how to enroll.  Please also consider applying for a Debit Card if you don’t have one.  We are part of the Money Pass network that has thousands of surcharge free ATMs throughout the country.  Mobile banking is another alternative to consider – just download our app from the app store on your mobile device (online banking registration required prior to download).
