Disregard any postcard regarding your mortgage.

If you recently closed on a mortgage and receive a postcard in the mail requesting “immediate response” to an “important matter”, please ignore it. This is a long-running mortgage scam that uses publicly available information such as mortgage closing date to target new home owners.

Jarrettsville Federal, and any other legitimate institution, won’t contact you via a postcard for your mortgage.
